About United Wiffle®Ball
United Wiffle®Ball was formed in 2020 for purposes of continuing the fast pitch national championship tradition, weaving that championship into the fabric of the greater Wiffle®Ball community, and encouraging year-round play. Both the 2020 and 2021 National Championship Tournaments welcomed 40+ teams and 200+ players from 25+ states to WellSpan Park in York, Pennsylvania. In 2022, the 40-team tournament changed from a National to a World Championship with the inclusion of Saitama Japan’s Wiffle Tigers, in addition to a new partnership with the world’s top league MLW to establish the 17U National Championship. United Wiffle®Ball continues to support the local leagues and tournaments that form the backbone of competitive Wiffle®Ball by incorporating those organizations into the World Championship.
2026 marks the 33rd Championship Tournament (dating back to 1989) and the 7th consecutive under the UWIFF banner. In addition to the World Championship Tournament and MLW U17 Nationals, Friday night WiffCon is a pre-tournament(s) celebration that brings together players, families, friends, and fans to celebrate the sport and community.
